- Eligibility
- Participation is application-based and not automatic. Approval may depend on region, identity verification, audience and channel review, policy acceptance, and any payment or tax requirements that apply to the applicant.
- Attribution
- Approved referrals use the tracking method assigned by Kinetic Family. The applicable attribution window, qualifying action, duplicate-referral treatment, and conflict rules will be provided in the written agreement or partner dashboard before promotion begins.
- Payouts
- The applicable commission rate and validated funded-program profit shares are scheduled for weekly payout every Friday. Cut-off time, validation status, payment method, taxes, reversals, minimum transfer rules, and exceptional delays follow the written agreement or partner dashboard. A tracked visit, signup, or trading result is not automatically payable.
- Disclosure duty
- Partners must clearly disclose their commercial relationship wherever required and must not present education, community access, software, or historical information as a guaranteed trading result.
- Advertising and local-law limits
- Program approval does not grant a financial-services licence or platform-advertising certification. Forex, CFD, signal, broker-affiliate, and funded-style promotions may be restricted or prohibited by local law or advertising-platform policy. Partners must obtain any approval required for their location and channel before publishing paid advertising.
