Terms of Service

KINETIC FAMILY provides a platform for macroeconomic data integration, a market events calendar, Commitment of Traders (COT) data visualization, personal portfolio trading journaling, and visualization of self-directed trading statistics. This platform is provided as an educational and analytical tool for financial market information. KINETIC FAMILY is not a broker, a licensed investment advisor, or a money manager/fund manager.

Users are fully responsible for keeping the login credentials of their KINETIC FAMILY account confidential. By enabling the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) portfolio synchronization feature, the user grants the platform limited (read-only) access to periodically retrieve transaction history.

The user retains full control of, and bears absolute responsibility for, every investment decision and transaction risk that occurs on their personal trading account at their respective broker’s server. KINETIC FAMILY never stores, controls, manages, or withdraws user investment funds. All client funds remain entirely under the full authority of the independent broker chosen by the user.

Each individual may register and use no more than one KINETIC FAMILY account and one account email: one person, one account. Gmail addresses that differ only by dot placement or plus addressing are treated as aliases of the same canonical mailbox, so they do not create separate account eligibility.

Strong evidence from a verified Google identity, verified MT5 login, verified IB identity, or a signed device cookie together with matching browser context may place a new account on a reversible security hold while it awaits human review by an owner. An IP address alone is insufficient evidence; it cannot by itself produce a security hold, including when members share a household, office, mobile carrier, or public network.

A member may appeal a security flag or hold through the official support channels. A flagged or held account is not automatically permanently banned or deleted. Confirmation, permanent suspension, or deletion requires a separate human owner decision under these Terms and the available evidence.

Access to premium or certain features on the platform may be governed through a credit system or access tier based on user activity. The terms, pricing, and method of obtaining these credits/access may be adjusted or changed at any time by KINETIC FAMILY, and will be announced transparently through internal announcements on the platform.

All market data, economic calendars, statistical visualizations, and analysis are presented as is purely for informational and educational purposes. We strive to maintain data accuracy; however, we are not responsible for data feed latency, data loss, broker system failures, or financial losses arising from your trading decisions.

Trading financial instruments carries a high level of risk. The past performance shown in your visual portfolio journal never guarantees or reflects the potential for future trading results.

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time without prior written notice to each individual user. Any changes to the Terms of Service take effect immediately upon being officially published on this Terms of Service page. Your continued use of this platform after the changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We reserve the right to unilaterally and permanently suspend or terminate a user’s account if activity that violates these terms is found, such as hacking attempts, API data manipulation, falsification of uploaded proof, or misuse of the platform for illegal acts.
